These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CurlsAI mobile application ("the App"), operated by Sabr Labs Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
CurlsAI is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
To access certain features, you must sign in using a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
CurlsAI offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
We do not offer refunds for unused subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
The hair analysis provided by CurlsAI is generated by artificial intelligence and is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be relied upon as professional hair care advice. Always consult a professional hairdresser or trichologist for personalised guidance.
When you upload photos for analysis, you grant us a limited licence to process those images solely for the purpose of providing the analysis. We do not claim ownership of your photos. Photos are not stored permanently after analysis is complete.
All content, design, and software in the App are the property of Sabr Labs Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabr Labs Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
